Forget the weather; the water in our heated indoor pool's always a toasty 30 degrees and it's the same depth - 1.25 metres - throughout, so it's easy keeping your children safe.
Everyone knows how addictive kids find water and, when they're on holiday, how a daily dunk can see their confidence and proficiency rise. (It's not uncommon to see a reluctant, first-day toe-dipper transformed into a last-day jumper-in.) You probably also know how the exertion and excitement can just wear them out.
Swimming lessons are also available for all ages from our resident swimming instructor.
The pool itself has a new look. The changing rooms have been gutted, the walls re-tiled and new flooring laid. We have a new bathroom and baby changing facilities as well as adding special toddler chairs in both male and female changing rooms to keep little ones safe whilst you are changing.
The pool hall flooring has also been replaced as well as the reception area having new flooring and a paint.
After a swim you can then take a dip and relax in the outdoor hot tub and sauna!
Due to planning rules the pool has to be let out during term time to the local swim school for private lessons so the pool is booked out for a couple of hours in the morning and the afternoon, a timetable is supplied in each cottage.
