Thank you for a lovely weekend break on your farm. We had great fun exploring. The boys enjoyed the swimming pool and the tennis court. The view from our cottage was fabulous. We will definitely re-visit and recommend to like-minded friends.
Judith Humphreys - Tewkesbury

Jam-packed week but very peaceful break. Hosts have clearly thought out all aspects of a good family holiday - even down to an excellent video library! Recommended for kids: Colchester Zoo Colchester castle Museum The Seaside! Highly recommended base to explore this hitherto undiscovered beautiful part of England
Helen Griffiths - Gamston, Notts

Superb surroundings; the children had a fantastic time with all the animals and swimming twice every day. Facilities are great. Ate out in local pubs, The Lion, Rose & Crown, Yew Tree, good meals in all.
The Rustlings - Horley, Surrey

Thanks, It was great!

For the first time we risked to spend a vacation in English countryside and the reality was higher than all our expectations. Your wonderful cottages and calm and peaceful scenery cure like therapy after big city life... it was an enjoyable and fascinating week, to be recommended even for overseas visitors. We wish you further success and all the best.

From Russia with love, Mike and Natasha

Following a competition amongst our visitors to name our two new sheep, Elspeth & Eylysia Dale thought of 'Teasel' and 'Clover' so congratulations and here's your photo!
The Dales

We’ve recently increased our sheep flock by two spring lambs. After a competition amongst our youngest visitors, we chose ‘Clover’ and Teasel’ as their names. Well done Elspeth and Elysia Dale, who stayed in Constable cottage in May this year!

It is with great regret that we announce the passing of Gordon, our dear old Abyssinian goat. He must have been at least 18 years old, so that's a good age. He will be sadly missed by all his fans and will be replaced in the Spring. Gladwins Farm has lost a real entertainer.

Dear Robert & Pauline, Thank you for a great stay in Chelsworth last week. We had a very relaxing week and think both the pool complex and the cottage are lovely. Thank you also for all the added extras - being able to get books, videos, the daily paper and even dinner from the cabin was great! 21.10.06

To Robert, Pauline & family, Many thanks for a lovely weekend in 'Constable' It's the attention to detail that makes Gladwins stand out from the crowd. Hope to see you again.

Dear Robert, Many thanks for sending on my bits & pieces! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - not only was everything of such a high standard including pool, tennis & beautiful grounds, but everyone was so friendly & helpful - we'll be back! With best wishes, Gay 01.08.06

It is with great regret that we report the death of Holly, our last Vietnamese pot-bellied pig. Rescued from a splitting family, Holly and her sister Ivy had been residents here for several years. Luck permitting we will seek out new pigs to replace them.
